Anchor South West has been graciously hosted by Mortdale-Oatley Baptist Church whereby they have allowed us to make the space our own. We are thankful to the leadership team there and to God who has cultivated a real spirit of generosity amongst the people of MOBC.
We are also thankful to God for the way he has been growing our community and while this season has been sweet and fruitful, it is time for us to search for a space where we can continue to grow and continue to pursue everything God has for our community. Our vision is to find a space where we would be able to make room for more people to meet Jesus as well as a safe space for our growing children’s programs.
We also hope to use our space throughout the week to serve our local community and be generous as God has been generous to us. Even as we are a very young church plant, our prayer is that we would use this space to also help another church plant get off the ground. We hope to host mums-n-bubs groups, mid-week prayer meetings, justice/mercy-orientated mid-week ministries and hope to be able to host training events as well.
Your partnership will go a long way in helping us achieve our bold and audacious vision of doing whatever it takes to bring the wayward home.
