You can support Caroline as she runs our refugee ministry!
Chester Hill Anglican church has a specific ministry focused on making disciples amongst refugees and new migrants in our community.
The team is led by Caroline Seaton. Caroline and her husband Ash formerly served as church planting missionaries in Indonesia. We are aiming to employ Caroline 2 days a week, to build the team and train and equip cross-cultural disciplers.
This ministry has a clear strategy to meet the felt needs of our different refugee communities, primarily through driver mentoring and employment mentoring. As we build relationships, we actively initiate opportunities to study the bible with families and begin a process of discipleship in culturally appropriate ways.
With a growing team of leaders and with currently over 70 new migrants we are ministering to, providing more time for Caroline to lead this forward is crucial.
